Shipping Terms
No Minimum Order Requirements
There’s no minimum order value or line item requirement. Shipping and insurance costs will be covered by the customer. All orders are shipped from our Taichung, Taiwan facility, and shipping charges are added to the invoice or billed to the customer.
Shipping
We ship via SF, FedEx, DHL (with approved account), without acount charges are based on current DHL delivery rates to most locations worldwide in 5-7 days.
Same-day Shipping
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 15:00 GMT will be shipped the same day.
Payment Methods
- Credit Card: We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, all major bank debit cards, and purchase cards.
- Open Account: Available for businesses, schools, and agencies.Credit approval is required. Begin by completing a credit application found on our website.

Returns
All sales are final once processed. Returns or exchanges are not allowed, except as covered by our Limited Warranty. Custom cable assemblies are non-returnable and non-cancellable.
Taxes and Duties
International customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes.

All transactions are processed in US dollars. Pricing on the international sections of our website is based on the USD list price, converted to local currencies using current exchange rates. Please note that the final price may vary slightly depending on your credit card’s exchange rate and any associated fees.

Open Accounts

Wire Transfers
Payment can be made via wire transfer. After contacting us for the total amount (including shipping and a $40 wire fee), orders will be processed once payment is received in full, along with a Purchase Order (PO).
